We love installing chargers more than the next guy. But unfortunately, we can only install at locations with off-street parking.

02a. Where will the charger be installed?

Seems silly, but we need to know there's a solid surface we can install your charger on. There will also need to be mobile phone signal at the location you'd like your charger to be installed.

On a durable surface (i.e. house or garage wall)

On a non-durable surface (i.e. fence)

02b. Where is your electricity meter?

Easy one, this. We're talking about the box you use to check meter readings for your energy provider. Is it inside or outside your house? We'll wait if you need to run outside and check.

Inside the house (i.e. under the stairs)

Outside the house (i.e. on an external wall)

02c. How far from the electricity meter will your charger be?

We'll need to run a cable from your electricity meter to your charger. Ideally, your charger will be one wall away or less (yes, we're measuring in 'walls'). Also, please be aware that we can't dig up ground to install your charger.

One wall away (i.e. we can get from the meter to the charger by drilling one hole)

Two or more wall away (i.e. we can get from the meter to the charger by drilling more than one hole)

02d. How far from the meter will the charger be?

Final question...you're almost there. Not so bad, eh?
